The Island receives the Green Future Award at Future Film Festival Italy

At the 22nd edition of the Future Film Festival, taking place in Bologna between Septembre 21 – 25th, The Island received the Green Future Award in the feature films section – ”for having been able to deftly combine into a coherent discourse the topic of climate change and migration which are the fruit both of the environmental disasters that arise from climate change and from the conflicts that s they light up in more parts of the world.”
